Fruits and veggies are beginning to take a larger part in your meals but variety is as important for nutritional benefits as is quantity. No single fruit or vegetable provides all the nutrients you need to be healthy. So, go beyond green. Visualize the colors of the rainbow to get the most nutrition with the vitamins, minerals, fiber and disease-fighting phytochemicals (anti-oxidants) for good health.
